RAMAZZOTTI: l’amaro diventa green
Last night after a typical Romagna’s dinner, with “cappelletti” (as like ravioli) and ragout, “piadina”(flat unleavened bread) with typical cheese and candy fig, baked potatoes and vegetables oil dip…I had on a full belly!!! I don’t take coffee but I prefer an after dinner liqueur..obviously to digest I needed a liqueur herbs and to my surprise I tasted Ramazzotti (ever tasted before yesterday...). Sincerely it has helped my belly, but the interesting thing is that after returning home I had a look at their website and here's what I discovered: they are chasing a project for greater eco-sustainability … and when a liqueur helps digest but at the same time helps the environment you have awareness to enjoy it!!!
The key points are 3:
1)they have recently introduced the new bottle, the same form and same quality but with a reduction in weight by approximately 10%, which will save 900 tonnes of glass per year, allowing also reducing the carbon footprint of about 600 tonnes equivalent to 4,000,000 km by car!!!
2) Pernod Ricard, the owner of the brand Ramazzotti, is one of the top 100 companies that joined the initiative promoted by the UN Global Compact!!!
3) Pernod Ricard Italy, hosts temporarily at its offices, the mission Planet Finance whose objective is to help poverty and develop micro-finance that will contribute to help small producers of spices (raw elements of Ramazzotti)!!!
